Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no one taking my order, then I went in. They were very much understaffed. The building is full of flies, I see at least 12 flies while standing here waiting for my drink. Usually a good chain but this was not the better one.I had to add that I just heard a swat... omg there is a guest here who brought his own fly swatter and is smacking flies.... hmmm
I HATE how every time I go through the drive through at Moosomin....they rush rush rush you....even when there is absolutely nobody behind you. Today I finally had had enough and told the lady at the window as much. She told me they are being timed and that they are just keeping up with TIM HORTONS policy. Totally STUPID policy if there isn't any kind of lineup what so ever. Why is it ONLY at the moosomin Tim's that I'm made feel that way? Trust me I stop at A LOT of Tim Hortons. Came thru while travelling , unfortunately, because it took 20 minutes for a simple coffee & bagel! Not enough people working the counter or poorly organized, not sure which.
Only one window open to wait on customers. That is ridiculous. Long lines very often. And still no paper towels in the bathroom. Either put in a dryer that works better or towels.
Constantly mixing up simple orders. As simple as asking for katchup. Not toasting bagles. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stop here
